Spent hours trying to get it to sync up with my Motorola W490 only to have it either tell me that the phone is not supported (listed that it is) OR that the phone is busy, try again later. I re-installed several times, updated VISTA, the drivers, the software. Nothing. The F.A.Q. section of support site is buggy and only displays 1/3 of the listed pages. Talking to support in India is a lesson in futility. I am so sorry that I wasted my time and money. Save yourself the headache, don't buy this. Did a trial version of SyncCell today, and presto - first time, no problems.
