(More customer reviews)I purchased this handsfree headset because I wanted to try out a bluetooth without emptying my pockets. I wish I had looked harder and read reviews and done my research because I've already ordered a better headset that didn't cost that much more than this one. I figured that with the price, I would be able to put up with poor quality.
When I first received the item in the mail, I charged it and set it up really easily. It paired to my samsung focus with no problem at all. It's super easy to use since the "multi" function button only has a couple of functions. The directions weren't very clear because I had to figure a bit out on my own with using the headset. I still can't figure out if I can answer a call waiting call.
Some cons include that when I voice dial some people, the headset will call the wrong person. For example, I say, "call Kelsey," and it says, "calling Chelsea." Also, the volume really isn't good at all. I find myself having to hold the earphone into my ear, therefore defeating the purpose of "hands-free." Another thing is that it's not very comfortable to wear and it doesn't stay put. The movement of my jaw for a 20 minute call almost moved the headset right off of my ear. The last con that I will mention is the background noise. I often have to repeat myself when using the headset because the background noise is so loud it covers my voice.
Honestly, you should just spend the few extra dollars and get a higher quality headset like I did.
