(More customer reviews)The code dials do not all have a positive click to hold them in place, so they move easily when adjusting an adjacent dial, making it hard to keep the code entered. And the product stench was almost unbearable. Might be the oil on the metals, or the plastic cable coating. Had to put it away for a few days to air out. The list price shown of $25.99 with a $21 discount only makes it LOOK like a good deal. When HDE read my feedback, they offered to try to improve my situation. I declined the offer, since I wrote a truthful feedback and feel compelled to stay with it.
