(More customer reviews)Per the other review, mine also did not hold a charge very well. However, given that issue, it works quite well when plugged into either the wall outlet or the 12v car jack. Screen is good, controls are easy and user-friendly even if you're in a darkened room. It played factory DVDs as well as my backup copies without problems.
