(More customer reviews)I have an Acer Aspire 5515 Laptop with a power cord that went bad! So, I ordered this product to remain operational!! Well, when I received the product it did come with a 1/4 inch of exposed (what looked like the inside of the cable) cable! So, I contacted Osprey-Talon and complained and within a week or two I received a replacement that works great!!! I have bought two and they charge up the laptops just like they should!!! Buy this Laptop Charger if you have a laptop listed!!! Great Seller!!!!
