Never really got a chance to test it thoroughly. I unboxed it and powered it up. The good: This doesn't try to autosense whether or not there's something plugged into a given port. It just switches to where you tell it to. The bad: front panel is a little ugly because the panel covering the LEDs and their attachments to the circuit board is clear plastic - it looks a little cheap. The really bad: after about an hour it stopped responding to its own remote, and to the Harmony One I'd programmed for it. That turned it into a paper weight for me.
If anybody knows of a solid 5-port HDMI switch that doesn't try to autosense, I'd love to hear about it.

This HDMI switch allows you to connect 5 hi-def devices to one HDMI port on your television set. To switch between devices, use the included wireless remote control, or use the button on the front panel. It's great if you've got a TV with a limited number of inputs and many hi-def devices. Supports HDMI 1.3 and video up to 1080p.
