(More customer reviews)I purchased this camera for outside home surveillance, and am returning it due to its marginal night vision performance. I would say that within 20 feet or so, the night vision is good enough to make out features, but after that, the picture got very grainy and quite poor. The best night vision picture was indoors where the Infrared light seemed to reflect off of the walls and illuminate the room better. Probably a good camera for in home use, but too grainy a picture for outdoor use beyond 15-20 feet.
